How Oxfam is using MySpace

Bryan Person, with whom I began an online correspondence after he found this blog for What MySpace Means, has podcasted an interview with Tim Fullerton of Oxfam America, about their MySpace page and other ways that organisation is using new media. I have yet to listen to the interview, but will be loading it onto my mp3 player for my train ride to the south coast for a business meeting tomorrow. (Will I ever tire of being able to enjoy my media when I want, where I want? Not likely.)

Jackie, thanks for the pointer.  I certainly enjoyed interviewing Tim as part of the first episode of my new podcast.  I hope to learn more about companies like Oxfam America that are using new-media tools such as MySpace blogs to get the message out about what they do and to engage in a conversation with their customers and visitors about just how well they’re doing.
